I'd like to ask if you have had any issues with the UPS not powering off when instructed? I've one connected to a small server, and testing it with the 'upsmon -c fsd' command fails to force a shutdown, the UPS stays on and thus my server is stuck, halted. i.e. it appears to be susceptible to the power race explained in the NUT doc ([1])
