Consequently, I will never buy another one of their products, and I also learnt the first rule of purchasing computer hardware the hard way - if you're not a masochist, always only buy hardware which has already become mainstream, and for which you can independently verify that working drivers already exist for all operating systems that you're ever likely to use.

Some of My Likes and Dislikes:

Likes

  • The English language.
  • Living in a country with some form of statutory gun-control.

Dislikes

  • Programming languages that are syntaxed like Modula-2 and Pascal.
  • Religious zealots.
  • Strangers who disturb me on the train or at home, & try to sell me something or indoctrinate me into their religion.
  • Web sites that open unsolicited popup windows - GeoCities anyone?
  • Sites that use Javascript instead of normal web links.
